Four Points by Sheraton San Diego

I’d like to thank the general manager Mr. Amjad Asaad. I’ve never met a GM who is more present with his customers and staff than Mr. Asaad. He cares deeply about providing anticipatory service and a solid product. Overall, his hotel offers an unbeatable value. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff who assisted me, including front desk and housekeeping, were kind and accommodating. I’ll be back!

Stayed only for one night, and it was Christmas Eve. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Personally, I like the location because it's easy to get to, and there are restaurants and grocery stores (Food4Less is not far) that are less than 2 miles away. They have plenty of parking outdoor and it's relatively quiet. For parking, you can scan the QR code to pay on your phone. I for a voucher because it was part of the package, but for those who don't, the scan and go is convenient. My family and I loved their blackout curtains. Honestly, we woke up around 10am and could have kept sleeping because the curtains did an awesome job blocking out the sunlight. Overall, it was a great find for the price and during the holiday season. Thanks to the staff for a lovely stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays when visiting family.

Super comfortable bed, warm pool and hot tub, clean workout room. Can't beat it. I will stay again in the future for sure. thanks

Hands down, really amazing customer service. Corporate HQ take notice. Thank you Darryl and the original associate that checked us in that morning, we had flight delays and cancelations and they worked with me and my family all the way thru our 30 hr ordeal. As a Bonvoy Gold member it solidifies why this is the best hotel chain.

This was a reasonably priced option to stay in SD for a trip. You can tell this is an older hotel that is the victim of some...odd interior design choices. Bathroom is decent, shower has good hot water and pressure. Room overall was clean. Ample parking that you have to pay for (even if you book via AAA which I had to remind the front desk when I checked out) - note there is construction in the area that uses the hotel as their parking lot during the day. Property is pretty close to the main freeways, so it's easy to get around, even with the traffic in SD. Negatives: Wifi is slow if you need that. Security at hotel is lax - exterior door took 2 days to get fixed and was just unlocked so anyone could wander in. Walls are thin - you will hear your neighbors. Fixtures in room, like desk chair and TV remote could stand to be replaced. Front desk staff are reasonably good, however they don't seem too interested if you have Marriott Bonvoy status, so if you're looking for the bonus stuff from that I wouldn't expect it. Overall, depending on your hotel need in the area you could do worse, or better, depending on what you want to spend and what you're looking for in a hotel. (It's a step up from 3 star for me, but would be 3.5 if you could rate that.)

Stayed at the Sheraton Four Points for a business conference, and it was a solid experience. The hotel is clean and I really liked having free hot coffee in the morning which is a great way to start the day. Parking was easy, which is always a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also noticed a lot of young men and women spending a a night here for MEPS processing. MEPS.. Military Entrance Processing Station. Looks like they are getting ready for their military service. Overall, a good place to stay if you're in the area for work or busines.

Spent 2 days here Very nice place. The bed was oh so comfortable. Got the best sleep after a long plane ride. The shower was great with full size shampoo,conditioner and lotion. So much better than those tiny bottles of travel size that have a teaspoon of each. The grounds were beautiful with tall palm trees and flowers. Also had a fountain. If you like golf that is available as well. They even had golf clubs. Very nice and quiet. It was much larger than you expect. You feel like you are at a resort. If you go to San Diego you should give them a try. You will not be disappointed
